This webinar will begin with developing an understanding of a development agreement, including the legal basis for agreements, essential elements and what a typical agreement might look like.  Best practices will be considered including a discussion of public involvement/transparency, negotiations and what partners/parties you may want to have involved in the process.  Community perspectives, including a discussion on lessons learned, will be included.
