Wisconsin legislation (Assembly Bill 280 - now 2025 WI Act 78) was recently signed into law to enhance and increase the use of childcare tax credit incentives under the state’s Business Development Tax Credit (BTC) program to encourage greater investment in childcare by Wisconsin businesses. During this 45-minute webinar, you will learn how businesses can utilize the childcare tax incentives under AB 280 to leverage the recently enhanced Federal Employer-Provided Child Care Credit (Federal 45F), which incentivizes businesses to invest in employee childcare by offering a nonrefundable credit for qualified childcare facility/operating costs and resource/referral services.
